Typical Training Schedule is as follows (this can vary slightly):

Thursdays 7 - 9 pm
Fridays 8 am - 9 pm (with lunch and dinner breaks)
Saturdays 8 am - 9 pm (with lunch and dinner breaks)
Sunday 8 am - 6 pm (with lunch break)

Weekend 2:
April 4th - 7th

  • Asana Clinic (20 hours)
  • Science, Ethics and a Modern Approach to Yoga (12 hours)

Weekend 3:
May 2nd - 5th

  • Vinyasa Sequencing (10 hours)
  • Yoga Philosophy: What's relevant today (8 hours)
  • Challenges Yoga Faces in the Modern World (5 hours)
  • Practice Teaching with feedback sessions (9 hours)

Weekend 4:
June 20th - 23rd

  • Vinyasa Yoga Class Formats (10 hours)
  • Blueprint for Teaching Vinyasa Yoga Effectively (16 hours)
  • Practicum (5 hours)
